The Caledonia Conservancy Stewardship Committee is announcing a new GUIDED WALKS program for the community. Open to the public, these guided walks will showcase the various parcels of Caledonia Conservancy lands. These 60-90 minute walks will be led by a knowledgeable Conservancy guide who will share interesting information about the lands such as the:
history of the property and how it came to be part of the Caledonia Conservancy
various features of the property – creeks, ponds, old-growth woods, etc.
variety of plants, trees and creatures that call the property “home”
“I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees.” ~ Henry David Thoreau
