The Mane Event is a mounted photo scavenger hunt and obstacle course. Starting at 9:00 am, the last ride departs about 2:00 pm so plan for lots of fun!

REGISTRATION FORM / ENTRY FEES: 
Registration is now open! Sign-up early and save on your entry fee!

  • $30: Now through July 31

  • $35:  August 1 through August 20

  • $40: August 21 through August 26

  • $45:  Day of Event (August 27)

Two ways to register. For your convenience, we are accepting online registration and payment. Registration is also accepted via US Mail. 

How to Order ONLINE:
Step 1: Download the Mane Event Entry Form/Release and Waiver of Liability

Fill out the Release and Waiver of Liability forms manually, then scan and e-mail to cathykortendick@yahoo.com

Step 2: Send in your valid negative Coggins via email to: cathykortendick@yahoo.com

Step 3: Click here to complete your online registration and payment, which includes your entry fee and if applicable, t-shirt and box lunch orders.  

How to Register by MAIL (USPS):   
Complete the Mane Event Registration Form / Release and Waiver of Liability.
Once completed, submit it along with a valid negative Coggins and full payment to:

Make sure to include the completed Registration Form / Release and Waiver of Liability, along with a valid negative Coggins and a check for all applicable fees (entry, t-shirt, box lunch). Checks should be made payable to: Caledonia Conservancy. Entries are not considered valid unless all materials and payment are received.
